Give me more of these kinda vids :)
I'd first seen that hands first, feet through jump in that chase scene in Casino Royale (the assassin jumping over work benches in a semi finished high rise).
This fun style of moving is also what fascinated me in Jackie Chan movies (more so than the fighting scenes).

Watching this gives me great motivation to go to the gym......
